Who We Are
Key Foundations is a nonprofit organization with a goal of designing inspiring environments to educate adults, children, and communities through the exploration of the Montessori Method. Key Foundations envisions a community where families and educators are provided equitable opportunities for education through a preschool and resource center. These equitable opportunities will be made available using the Montessori Method of Education. Our goal is to create opportunities for everyone, regardless of their background, to feel comfortable receiving training on the Montessori philosophy and to explore the materials to educate children to reach their full potential.

We believe in all children and their innate ability to learn.
We believe that a parent is the child's first teacher.
We believe that the environment is key to a child’s education.
We believe that education comes with the costs of time, sacrifice, and money, which can open doors or close them depending on your position in life.
We believe that it is never too late to learn.
Our Montessori Preschool will be offered to children ages 3-6 years of age. The program is designed to allow children to be self-directed in their learning.
The resource center will permit access to on-site child-development information which will be available to parents, caregivers, in-home providers and teachers.
The summer lab is an opportunity for parents to enroll their child and experience the Montessori Method through a short program.
